Sous Vide Octopus

Sous Vide Octopus

Octopus is one of my favorite seafoods. It’s best-served with basil and olive oil, which enhances the flavor a lot. Simple, fresh, and tasty!

The best way to cook it is sous vide. This process can deliver a tender, silky, and juicy octopus that tastes great.

The sous vide method requires you to put the octopus in a vacuum seal plastic bag or glass jar and then to slow cook the octopus in a hot water bath that allows the seafood to cook slowly.

5- 6 pounds octopus legs only takes couple hours to cook. Simple, easy & delicious!
