Just a quick post to share my very simple recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 portion shrimp
- Roe noodles
- ½ tsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp dark soy sauce
- 1½ tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp shallot oil
- 1 tbsp chicken stock
- Sriracha sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 heap tsp shrimp
- Roe (optional)
Steps
1. Mix oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, shallot oil and chicken stock together and stir till well mixed. Set aside.
2. Cook shrimp roe noodles in hot boiling water until they are al dente. Drain.
3. Mix noodles with the sauce, top with shrimp roe.
4. Pan fry the eggs in high heat until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
5. Num num!
